Luna Glo Wellness currently offers a blend of digital products, online programs, and occasional physical items such as journals or workshop materials. This policy explains how and when physical items are shipped and what you can expect during the process.
Digital Products & Online Programs
Most offerings at Luna Glo Wellness are digital. These items are delivered instantly to the email address you provide at checkout.
No shipping fees apply.
If you do not see your digital product within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@lunaglowellness.com.
Physical Products (Journals, Merch, Event Materials)
When physical products are available, they will be shipped using trusted carriers within Canada and the United States. Shipping timelines and costs will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We do not mark up shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your physical item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at hello@lunaglowellness.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to find a solution. Please note that replacements or refunds may depend on carrier approval.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address at checkout.
Luna Glo Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after purchasing, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Returns for Physical Items
Because many items are created in small batches, all physical product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
