At Luna Glo Wellness, every offering is created with care, intention, and a deep commitment to your healing journey. Because our work involves personalized support, digital materials, and scheduled time, we have set the following refund and cancellation guidelines to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.
Coaching Sessions (One-on-One)
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice are considered completed and are non-refundable.
Refunds:

Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages (6-, 12-, or 24-session bundles) are non-refundable once any session in the bundle has been used.
If you need temporary flexibility due to personal circumstances, please reach out. We will always hold space for compassionate solutions when possible.
Programs & Courses
Our programs include digital materials, pre-recorded content, and reserved coaching time. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase:

All programs are non-refundable once materials have been delivered or the first session has begun.

If you need to pause your program due to life circumstances, you may request a one-time deferral to continue at a later date (subject to availability).
Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork Offerings

Digital yoga, meditation, and breathwork products are non-refundable, as access is provided instantly.

Free offerings remain available without any financial commitment.
Workshops (Full Moon, New Moon, other Events)

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the workshop will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as space, preparation, and materials have already been allocated.

If you cannot attend, you may gift your spot to another person with written notice.
Digital Products (Journals, PDFs, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If you experience trouble accessing downloads or viewing purchased content, please contact us at hello@lunaglowellness.com. We are happy to help resolve any technical issues.
Exceptions
We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. While the policies above generally apply, we may make exceptions in rare or compassionate circumstances. These are decided on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
